Greetings- we have a PROMO code that allows for 10% off case purchases. There are products that are excluded but we had a customer order a case of a product that’s not included on the excluded products. Just wondering why this product did not get the PROMO attached?
is the item marked at the product level to not allow promos to be applied?
No, I already checked that.
Are there any coupled promos with this promo? Coupling promos can have really weird unintended consequences.

Hello Jeri,
If there are no other promos coupled, and there is a different promo that gives the customer a better discount it will only apply the greater. If there are no other applicable promos, make sure that he is entering the correct promo code, or if you want to make sure that it is automatic, delete the promo code and it will function automatically.
