I need to pull a customer report that is filtered by contact type and includes shipping last name and shipping first name. Any tips?
Use List Builder?
I tried list builder, it lets me pull a list by contact type but the auto-populated fields are not customizable and do not include shipping last name or first name as an option.
Sounds like you could index merge a list builder report and a customer report in Excel.
This would be a great feature and we have looked as well.
