This morning I was unable to run the Sales Detail report but called support and Sales Detail X worked. Now Sales Detail X will not load. From the Reports Sales menu, when I select either one I just get a spinning wheel and then eventually a timeout window… Anyone else seeing this or know a work around?
Just tested this on my end and I was able to successfully run both reports on about 5000 entries. I know that’s not very helpful, but thought I’d let you know that the reports are working for me at this time.
They are working, they just time out a lot. I log out and log back in and try again. Or I divide my report into smaller reports.
My reports timeout about every 1 in 3 tries, even from a fresh login. Even for a 2 week Sales by Date. Hopefully they will figure this out soon…
