I need to be able to sell a wine through both our TR’s POS, but have it club only on the web. If I set system product security, it will not allow me to sell it in our TR that pours it BTG. Help!
Does your TR also sell bottles of this wine, or only BTG? For all our BTG wines, we have different SKUs than the bottles, and BTG has no membership restrictions. If your TR also sells bottles to non-club, you may have to either make a separate TR bottle sales sku (not ideal), or have a default ‘club member’ customer profile to sell those bottles to (also not ideal, probably worse for records overall).
