Is there a way in the setting to shut down “shipping” on a WineDirect site, and yet allow for purchases that the buyer is choosing “pickup”?
I think you could create a new shipping strategy and not assign any states to zones or shipping types and prices to each zone. Then make that the default strategy and, if you allow pick-ups, that would be the only option.

We do have a carrot right now, but that shows when purchasing and in the cart, but not on the checkout page.
