Text Messages

We tested the text message inbound opt in a few weeks ago and it worked great. Now we are ready to send out a campaign to everyone, and when we tested it today - NOTHING.

Anyone know of this issue, or how to troubleshoot?

I’ve spent a lot of time on the Text Messaging feature. If the message won’t sent, it’s usually because one of the numbers on your list is international or not a verified mobile number. The problem is, you can’t re-send the text to people you haven’t already sent to. You need to create a list manually. You also won’t get a report of what was sent or not, you need to go in and look at the queue. It’s tedious and ineffective. I’ve been using a 3rd party SMS texting platform called EZ Texting instead. It integrates with Mailchimp.
