We have a few bottles whose thumbnails don’t show up in the POS yet there are photos in their product profile in Wine Direct. Thoughts as to why they don’t show up? Sizing? Thanks!

No. That’s not it. It’s up on our website fine. Just no POS thumbnail.
I assume you have reloaded the POS and have made sure that the products are in the correct categories on the POS? If so then the only oddity that sometimes rears it’s ugly head is RGB v. CYMK - but usually CYMK won’t load on the site either.
We have had this same problem. It is always a sizing issue for us.
