I was wondering what everyone’s best practice is for wine club exchanges (returns) months later?
Are you able to refund the transaction on a wine club release that was 3 months ago? Or does everyone have a time limit on returns? say like a 30 day return policy?

If they have taken the wine away and come back another day, there is no return. (If they say it was a bad bottle we replace it, of course.)
If they haven’t picked up 3 orders, we put them on hold until they do pick up or talk to us. This limits our exposure.
We have had so many excuses for why we should refund their orders not picked up (you can probably guess) we just refund on the credit card if we can, or send them a check.
