Unsubscribes? How do I change a club member from unsubscribe to opt in for emails?

I have a club member who is not getting our emails. Their email status says unsubscribe? She said she never requested this. How do I change this from the admin panel? Tried deleting her email and adding again, but status is still unsubscribe? Thanks!

Awesome question! You can’t change a customer’s email status from within the admin panel. But you can do so by entering the contact’s email address into the subscribe widget in the website’s footer (if you use it), or by putting their email into a form that uses the Opt-In checkbox.

The customer will be able to Opt-in from within their own profile.
