POS Problems: iPad + Admin Panel

Trying to process orders via the Admin Panel and getting the “you hate this screen” after each one. Funds are capturing but so far no confirmation emails have been sent out and I have to refresh each time. Exiting and logging in again does nada.
Word from the tasting rooms is that the POS is crashing there as well.
Any insights? It’s Monday!

Hi Jess, can please you send us a ticket to support@vin65.com and let us research the Order # in question? I see Sean is helping you on ticket 75667? Is this the same issue, if not please submit a new ticket. If so, I’ll touch base with him on any update with your order issues.

POS & Admin Panel are really slow today! We’re in midst of pickup party and it’s hindering processing…
