Way to send a single contact a custom email one time with vin65 template

Is there a way to quickly click on a contact’s email and send them a custom message, but have look and feel of all the other emails they receive out of vin65 without creating a template message that would normally be created to send as a mass email?

There are three ways I know of to do this:

  1. In the Orders display, you can find a customer order, click the check box, and choose Email Customers from the Actions. I’ve not done this very much (once, I think) but it does apparently allow for auto-fill.

  2. Use the single email address feature in Send Mass Email (no auto-fill).

  3. Make a temp contact type, add the contact to the type, and Send Mass Email to that type. (auto-fill works).

A click and send would be great. I’d also like to see that for text messages - it also takes WAY too many steps just to reply to a text (AND the reply text does not show up in Manage Texts for some inexplicable reason.)
