Wine Club Batch Discounting

Our Club Membership is based on loyalty program. 1st year members receive 15% discount, 2nd year 20% and 3rd year 25%. We also have several different club options. 2 bottle, 4 bottle, 6 bottle and 12 bottle and in addition, all of those as red only and white only. The way Wine Direct has the Club Batches set up, the Price Level of a member cannot dictate the discount received. Because of this we have a ridiculous number of Club Types. It would be great if in the Club Batch setup there was an option to have the Price Level associated with the member be able to dictate the percentage.

Does anyone else base Club member discounts on a loyalty program such as this and have you found some other work-around?

Obviously the straightforward way is 3 x 4 x 2 = 24 different clubs. That may end up being the simplest in the long run.

You could do 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year in one club (for each bottle and color variation) to make it 8 clubs. But then you would have to skip or put on hold the 2nd and 3rd year people - run - then edit pricing to do the 2nd and run - and again for the 3rd year. There’s no way to skip or hold in bulk that I know of.

I’d try and get those 2 bottle folks up to 4 bottle and cut your number of clubs in half… shrug.
