For some reason after one of the last updates, all of our Ipads loose the printer ability. Not only that but it disappears from the printer list on setup also. We can only get it back when we actually do a restart on the Ipad. This is very inconvenient with customer waiting for receipt.
Anyone else have issues? I believe our wireless is strong and we have a separate guest wifi router.
We often have that problem also. It has always happened, not only recently. Our workaround is to Reload POS (from the drop down menu) and the printers usually show back up. It is inconvenient when the guest is waiting for their receipt.
We have had this problem frequently. Like Leslie we reload pos to make the printer visible. We are really encouraging our customers to go green and emailing them. Better for us and the environment.
