This started happening a few days ago. Each time we print from the POS, it logs us out of WD. We have to log back in to finish the transaction. SUPER inconvenient :-(. Any ideas?? @kari.scott

We have been having the same problem. We reached out to WD support and they were not able to help us (they couldn’t replicate the issue). Curious if you were able to find a resolution?
