Accepted orders that we can't change

We are having a real problem with the compliance and inability to change an address after it is “accepted”

for example, I don’t know how but we had a shipment with the zip code entered as “336334”
yeah…that’s not a valid zip, but the program accepted it. Then when I went to print out a label
not noticing the error, I was unable to for obvious reasons.

As of right now I have to create a label in UPS Worldship and then upload the tracking information into wine direct manually.

Is there any upcoming fix for this?
