I’m looking to create new system emails, specifically for club levels. So if someone signs up for the intro club level they can get an email specifically tailored to their club level with benefits, ship dates etc… that is different than someone who signs up for a higher tier club.
Second wish on this - would be to create a system email that’s different when someone signs up online v. when we sign them up in the admin panel…

There is a function to create new confirmation emails for different clubs. After creating the email document that you want to use (Contacts > Emails Documents), navigate to Store > Clubs and select your club.
Under General Information, there is an ‘Email’ dropdown where you can select the document that you’d like to send out on sign up. You can do this for each of your clubs, or choose to leave it to use the default club sign up confirmation email.
Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to send out a different confirmation email when they’ve signed up online vs signed up through the admin panel, but you can definitely send this through as a feature request for our team to review here.
