Cancel Club Member glitch

So, today when I try to put a club member on hold, Vin65 won’t let me save because it says my cancel date needs to be in the correct format. I don’t want to cancel, but it won’t let me save without now entering a cancel date. Little glitch somewhere?? I have tried a number of times, and then have ended up putting a cancel date for 2027 just to be able to save. Once I do that, I can go back in and delete the cancellation date.
