I’m not sure if anyone uses this forum anymore, but we need some information on the credit card swipers. I have seen other posts regarding this issue, but there doesn’t seem to ever be a resolution. Does anyone else have trouble with them working for a bit when they are first hooked up, but then they stop working after a while? Most of the time they don’t even work when first hooking them up to the iPad. We have the latest swipers that are available, but they are so unreliable that our staff have given up using them and have opted to manually input cc info instead. This slows everything down in the tasting room. Is there some setting on the iPad that we are missing? Thanks
