We have an order that is quarantined because the customer has received their limit for the month. Is there any way to change the ship date to 11/1 without refunding/recharging?
I don’t think there is. I wish we had the ability to edit the date especially during club runs. We get a lot of requests for different shipping dates and usually have to skip the customers in the club area and create a separate order if we know in advance or we go into shipCompliant and change it there if we are notified after processing.
was there ever a work around for this?
Here’s my workflow on this:
- Edit the order
- Change the ship date
- Really, really hope the customer doesn’t notice the refund and re-charge
- Wish there was a different way. Feature request!
