I was hoping to use the importer tool to change the pickup location code on club members in bulk. However, I get an error message because I don’t have the member’s credit card number. Any advice on how to do this without having to go into each member record and manually making the change?
Unfortunately, there’s no way to mass update club memberships
Another club member import would add an additional membership, and not update the existing club membership (members are able to have multiple memberships).

You’ll want to check whether there are any POS profiles that are using the pickup location. As long as there aren’t any club members or POS profiles using it you should be able to delete it under Settings > Misc > Pickup locations. If its still not working feel free to send in a ticket with the location name and your winery name.
