Is there a way to create an action email, that will automatically send our club members the price for their order once they submit it.
We have a quarterly shipment which is not a fixed price, so I am hoping to be able to create an automated email, that lets the customer know how much they will be charged at the cutoff date to send to their email as soon as they edit their quarterly package.

I haven’t heard of such an email, however, my remedy for that is that I list their club price for each wine in the selection area. While it doesn’t figure tax and shipping, they can get an idea of how much they are spending on the wines. I hope this helps.

I do the same, as I think many/most do. I have user choice with my clubs, and I list each something like this, to show regular price and club discount:
2017 Chardonnay Reserve - $18.75 (Reg. $25)
I can’t think of any instance I know of where that wasn’t enough for the customer.
I was considering listing the price in the item name, but was concerned that with the change to the product name would cause the automatic processing of user select orders to fail, do yours still process through Ok?

Yep, fine. You could name a user choice product “bag of stones” and if you linked it to any product it will be fine. The order and receipt will show the product title and price instead of “bag of stones”
