Club Wines in Club Processing - Wine Not Released

I am going to send my preship emails to my club members via Club Processing. We do not yet have the inventory available for these orders. But, I would like to be able to see the club members order now, that way if they make a change via user choice I can give them a new quote on their order. How do we build in inventory without there actually being physical inventory somewhere? Or can we just check the box to use inventory until we have some? Any assistance with this would be great.

Are you processing the orders? Or just setting up the seasons for members to make changes? If you’re not fully completing the club orders, you do not need inventory input yet.

You can make the seasons live without inventory attached. Just be sure to add it in before you process, or you’ll have tons of pending orders from lack of inventory.
