Contacting Club members about multiple pick ups

We only have one club now, but there are customers who have multiple collections still to pick-up from previous months. Is there a way to populate a list of customers that have more than one order outstanding waiting to be picked up without checking each customer one at a time? We would like to be able to send them an email reminding them that they have wine waiting for them to pick up.

Run an Orders By Ship/Pickup Date report for orders with the Shipping Status of “Not Picked Up.”

Export that list and then make a pivot table by customer number and count of customer number.
