Report for Club Not Picked up

Our Wine Club is 100% pick up and I am trying to find a report that lists club members who have not picked up wine club.

Hey @rmccool1129,

Under “Sales” you could use the “Orders by Ship/Pickup Date” to see a list of the club orders that haven’t been picked up within a specific timeframe. You’ll just want to add two filters:

  • Order Type with Club Order selected
  • Shipping Status with Not Pickup Up selected

How do you print a report that shows wine club orders “not processed” - for both pick up or shipping options?
