I hope you all get emails like this, in response to the updater auto email, a real day brightener:
"Well shit, how cool is that? I was prepared for an email saying I was declined because of a card change but instead all I have to do is come and get some delicious wine.
Thanks for the email!"
I’d love a few of those occasionally! Usually the credit card updater emails are met with suspicion and/or extreme confusion. I’d still love to be able to turn off the customer email notifications…
Since it can’t be turned off, I would do everything I can to make it a positive “touch” from your winery. For gosh sakes don’t use the default language!
