Order Confirmation emails not being forwarded

I don’t seem to be getting order confirmation emails forwarded to our general wine club email. Where do I find out if they are still be forwarded and who they are being forwarded to?

Do you have an email filter on? Mine started getting sent to our email’s quarantine. we had to go in and mark the address as safe.

I just looked back but when we needed to change who got notifications we submitted a ticket and WineDirect did it for us, but they didn’t say how or where. Hopefully you have figured it out or heard back from them by now?

It’s under settings - website settings - settings tab - notification email

Thanks guys - looks like it was getting filtered as junk in the back end. Was able to fix :slight_smile:
