The EMV terminals are great, the only downside is that you cannot really process refunds as the orders do not show up in Usaepay. Is there a simple work around via USAEPAY OR vin65 that I can process a credit to a customer without using the refund process? A negative order? I really need to refund an order but can’t wait to

We just do a refund in the Admin Panel with the customers card as a method of payment on a negative order, then adjust inventory as needed. Not perfect… but it works!
