We are starting to run clubs and have noticed that the orders in club processing do not match what has been customized within the customer’s account. For example - they have logged in and selected 2 bottles of Chard and we can view this data, but the order in club processing shows 4 instead of 2. Has anyone ran across this before?
The only time I noticed a difference like this is when I had the qualification date too early and club members made changes after that date. So the changes they made after the qualification date did not change their order in club processing.
