Custom Club Questuion

I am new to Vin65. We are considering making our clubs a custom club. We give our club members the ability to make changes to their club memberships. I know that the club member can login and make the changes to their order. But, can I make these changes also? If, so where would I do this? or How?

In user choice you can also make the choices for them. This is what I do. After you set up the season go into Manage Club in the Contact and you will see all of your choices and default amounts.

Just to verify. If say customer Carl Arnoult wants to change his club order. I would go into their account and manage the club at that point. This will allow me to make the changes to their club wines at that time.

Is this correct?

Also, if a customer wants to change the wines to something other than what is listed, how would they do that. Would we have to list every wine that is available?

You do have to list all the wines you want to list, they can’t pick if it isn’t there.

Recommend you go and seek out all the user choice stuff in the docs, search on it because it is scattered a little. Also I would think there are some training videos that would bring it all together. (@zach?)

We offer a select list of wines that club member can choose from, but if they want to add any (over & above their club shipment wines) that are not listed they have to email call/us. Most members will make the changes to their club shipment in their online account and then put in the notes what wines they want that are not listed.

I have put in a feature request to be able to list all wines that members can order, but have the ability to have some wines as being required as part of the shipment and others as optional.
