Data entered at POS not showing up in admin panel

Our staff enters new club sign up data at the POS. We are having consistent issues with the data not showing up when I check it in the admin panel. The name and email address might be there–info they entered at the time of sale. But the rest of the info, address, etc. isn’t there although they have entered it. They are saving their data and I’ve watched over their shoulder that they are doing it correctly. Sometimes it works just fine. Any ideas?
