How do you process Wine Club orders that were paid for and then shipped at a later date since the customer did not pick up thier Wine Club shipment? What SKU do you use so it is properly populated from Wine Direct to Ship Compliant??
WineDirect has some great tools to do this for you in the Store section of the Admin Panel.
Change Pickup To Ship - This will refund the original order, then re-charge the order with shipping and the new destination sales tax.
Change Pickup To ShipX - This will only convert the pick-up order into a shipping order and charge the applicable shipping fee.
Technically 1 is more compliant, since you recalculate destination sales tax, but many wineries find 2 to be more convenient.
I see no option to charge a flat rate for either of these?
Make a new shipping strategy with a flat-rate method.
