We have about 800+ unclaimed pick up orders and I started to process the orders with the flip to Ship X tool for the orders that are within the same state. I have switched about 100+ shipments so far but the tracking information is not importing to the orders within Wine Direct, is there another way we need to do this for the tracking numbers to apply to those flipped orders?
Do you ship in-house or via a fulfillment partner?
