Is there a way for us to generate certain reports on a certain date, or by a certain trigger that will automatically do a list of tasks?

For example, I would like to generate a wine club shipment. After 30 days, I would like a report sent that states “These are your members that have not picked up yet”. and email it to our wineclub manager.

I don’t believe you can schedule reports for specific dates, but you could build a report and have it schedule to run once a month (or week) for your wine club manager.
