Get Quarantine Orders into Ship Compliant and onto Fulfillment

Does anyone use vingo or packnship and also Wine Direct and Ship Compliant?
I need to find a way to get our orders that get quarantined uploaded into ShipC, so that Vingo can pull them automatically without having to send a separate WSN, and no one at any three of these companies has ever had this question asked to them before. If we simply ignore compliance and submit, the order does not end up in ShipC. If we try to force the order and bypass, it still gives a fail and doesn’t end up in ShipC. While we are improving our quarantines all of the time, we still have some, and don’t want them to get lost in the cracks as we move into an automated fulfillment API. Thanks for any help.

Hello,

Anytime you end up with a quarantined order, the best way to have it automatically transmit into ShipCompliant would be to review the message associated with quarantine on the affected order, then after making the necessary adjustments to that order, in the SC compliance tab of the order invoice, you will want to select the “Retry Compliance (and Submit Order)” option from the dropdown and then click on process. This should push those orders through, granted that you properly addressed the cause of the quarantine for the order. From there, the automatic transmission of your order into these other systems would depend on how things are setup between Vingo and ShipCompliant. If you have some sort of webservice between Vingo and ShipCompliant then I would expect these orders to transmit over.
