I am trying to start the handling charges for our system. When I turn on a handling charge for all states, it includes a handling charge for all transactions; including those on the POS.
Is there a way to set up a handling for my state without charging every tasting room guest a handling fee?
I just tested this out, and sure enough, handling is added to all orders in that state, including walk-in POS orders. It would be nice if you could specify shipping orders only.
You could try putting in a feature request to get this changed, but honestly your best bet is probably to roll the handling charge into your shipping charge.
