Yesterday we had around 80 wine club orders that had not yet been picked up. Suddenly this morning there are only 4. I’m not sure how this happened. Is there any way to figure out what happened, why, or which orders still need to be picked up?
Find one of the orders and check the History tab. That will at least tell you when it happened and may tell you more.
Maybe someone did a Complete Orders or Change Shipping Status on the wrong bunch of orders.
That’s exactly what happened. I think I found all of them by searching all club orders that had “no shipping status.” I hope i got them all. Gracias for the support as usual Jeff!
