If a customer buys a gift card, it automatically sends them an email with the code but we can’t see it. It used to be, I would go to reports --> Gift Cards --> and the report would show all the gift card codes. Now it just has a huge column for expiration date. I thought maybe it was replaced by the “card number” but the old gift cards we sold changed to these card numbers and don’t show their gift card codes either. Help!
If you go to Store > Gift Cards you will be able to see a list your gift cards, as well as search by order number
