Currently we have to call our online joins to see what allocation choices they want to select. Is there way to have a club package available for those new signups to take immediately upon signup without making available to everyone online?
Under you club you can choose to have a Welcome Package sent when someone signs up. Just scroll past your seasons and you will see the Welcome Package section.

We ended up making 2 clubs for our online sign ups, to avoid new members from being confused by making User Choice selections during the sign up process. So, the online one was called “join the ____ wine club” and then we transferred them in to the normal club once they were members. Note that we do not allow rolling allocation selections and would rather invite people to make their selections during set windows.
