What is the best practice for user choice clubs during non shipment seasons? I am new to user choice, and so far it has been confusing to have the options of the previous shipment visible upon new sign ups, as new members get confused as to whether or not they have purchased any wine when they sign up.
You should be able to make the season inactive and make your current club process inactive as well. This should remove the options in the club between shipments. Assuming all of your new member receive the same welcome package, it should be no issue. If the new members wish to receive something other than the welcome package, you would just have to manually process a club order.
