We have outstanding wine club orders that haven’t been picked up for whatever reason. We’re trying to find a report that shows all the inventory associated with the outstanding wine club orders. So far I’ve had to do it manually by clicking through each and every outstanding order - ugh. Any thoughts?
Order Detail > Manage Filters > Add Order Type and Shipping Status
Then filter down to your Club orders for Order Type and select Not Picked Up for your Shipping Status.
Run the report and then you can sum up the quantity column or create a pivot table and do it by Product SKU.
