We have recently begun having issues with our older Ipad2s. They continue to lose the connection to the cash register and printer. Our Ipad Airs do not have this issue. We have had our network checked, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and have completed all updates. We have also turned off all other networks to eliminate any interference and still not working. Any other ideas? Are the ipad 2 obsolete now?
If it’s truly an iPad 2, the newest iOS version it supports is iOS 9.x. If that’s the case, there may be either something on the app or network that only supports framework from iOS 10.x.
