We are coming to the end of our first club run under WD and one of things we do is search members who have not had an order for two club runs. Typically on our old software we could easily run a report for declined cards and see when the members last processed order was. I found under the ‘Club Members’ reports a column that says “last processed order”. It is only giving me the most current processed order for most members but we have about 500+ members with no processing date. Is there a better way to do this or look it up?
