Default Member Report

Hello,
I am wanting to run a diagnostic report on active members who have defaulted two or more shipments. Aside from searching every individual decline member for each club run, can anyone assist with navigating me where I can go to access this? Thank you.

Club member reports have a column of last processed date. That will tell you when they last successfully processed a club shipment. Since you know when you processed each club you know what date corresponds to two defaults. For example if you process in Sept, Dec, Mar, and June, anyone with a last processed date of Dec 2017 or earlier has defaulted at least two shipments.

You may want to mitigate that by also looking at last order date if there is a chance they just purchased it in the TR.
