Locating sandbox for my website redesign

Hello All-

I had submitted my website redesign form early last week and then received an email at the end of the week from the Project Manager via Wine Direct to notify me that a redesign instance has been created and that my selected web designer has been granted access.

I was suppose to begin my redesign this weekend and was told that the sandbox would be created in the next 48hours… and I have heard nothing!

Where can I locate this ‘sandbox’ if it was truly already created? I am extremely behind schedule do to lack of communication on Wine Directs behalf.

Any information would help… thank you.

It should be in your master admin (top right of the screen) or you should have gotten an e-mail with login credentials - if not just e-mail PM@Winedirect.com and they can turn on master admin and / or give you the credentials.
