I’m having an issue with orders that have more than one tracking number. My fulfillment house pushes all the numbers to shipcompliant but Vin65 only pulls one tracking number back to the order. What can I do to fix this?

Hi Mari,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Currently with how our integration has been built, our system should only pull down one tracking number from ShipCompliant and apply it to the order. Additional tracking numbers can still by manually applied through the Shipments tab of the order.
Were you previously receiving additional tracking numbers from ShipCompliant onto your orders?
