I need to pull up a report that will have my staff member’s sales broken down into categories. Currently the Sales by Associate report includes sales of merchandise, tasting fees, and casegoods as one number. I need just the casegoods so I can track their wine sales only. Any help would be great!
Sounds like you’re an Order Detail report and pivot table away from getting just what you need.

Agreed pull up an order detail report click on the dates desired, than click on add filter and than click on wine, than move to manage report columns and click on the desired field you need throw into an excel spreadsheet and sort from there.
