Hello! Is there a report that you run that shows item breakdown and sales associate? We are trying to filter for commission but do not want to include tasting fees in the commission. Thanks!
Sales detail X. Put your tasting fees and anything else you don’t want to commission in a department and exclude that department. Then use a pivot table in excel to list sales associates on the left and their total sales on the right. If you want to further filter items then include them on the left and use the pivot table filtering tools.
If you don’t know how to do pivot tables there are plenty of online guides and videos that will show you. It’s a really useful tool.
