Is anyone having a problem with the card swiper? Neither one of ours is working since updating to the new IOS.

Yes, we have updated the Vin65 app as well. Last week we noticed that the swiper was not picking up the name of the card holder. On Saturday it wasn’t reading the card at all. We had to manually enter all the info.
We noticed the same thing. I submitted a support ticket to Vin65 and got this response:
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. It is suppose to populate the FIRSTNAME LASTNAME under Billing Information but it looks like it stopped doing this on September 26.
We have relayed this to our programming team and we should have more information for you shortly.
So Vin65 is aware of the issue and is working on it.
Is there any update on the swiper not picking up first and last names?
I still have an open ticket with Vin65, and it’s still not working on my side.
Looks like as of end of October, this has been fixed!
