Where do I find my POS terminal serial number?

just bought new swipers for our POS and I don’t know where to locate the serial number for our POS

What is your POS? Desktop? Laptop? iPad? iPhone? Android HTC Intergalatic GX7 HD?

@bschneider If you installed the app that pops up when you plug in the swiper, you should uninstall that. It pretty much looks like it’s required but it makes the swiper not work with Vin65. The name of the app is like Qwikpay or something. Uninstall that, “reload POS” in Vin65, and the swiper should just work.

Thank you for your assistance, but still no go. No app pops up… When I go to Vin65 device setting and try to setup a new EMV terminal it is asking for for my POS terminal serial number…

Did you buy an iDynamo swiper or did you buy an EMV terminal?
