Offer Not Applicable

Hey there,

I’m currently trying to utilize a ‘buy one, get one free’ promotion and everything works well until I test it on our website and when the promotion is entered as a coupon, an asterisk comes up with ‘Offer not applicable’. Would anyone happen to know why this is? The promo is for a bundled unit so I am unsure if this is the reason why?

Try un-bundling it, but I suspect that is the case. (Or did you mean ‘buy the bundle and get something free’? That ought to work.) Why not sell an A+B bundle for the price of A?
